The Standard 30

30 Watts of pure class A sweet tone. 2 x 6L6, 1 x 12AT7, 4 x 12AX7. Reverb & tremolo.

1 x Jensen 12" speaker combo finished in a burgundy colour tolex. Built for gigging.

 

The Standard 7

A low powered amp for small gigs, recording & jamming.
2 x 12AX7, 1 x 6BE6, 2 x 6BM8’s.
Switchable between 7 watts class A & 12 watts class AB.

With reverb & tremolo. Jensen Alnico speaker.

These were new in 2011, with individually hand-built boxes in a variety of woods - Pacific Maple, Western Red Cedar, Douglas Fir, Soloman Islands Rosewood & Mountain Ash + whatever else we try. All amps come with vinyl covers.

Pacific Maple:

We chose an eye-catching two-toned piece of maple for this box. Joins are half-blind dovetails. Heavier wood.

 

Western Red Cedar:

The cedar is a lighter wood with great acoustics. Joints are custom finger joints.

 

Mountain Ash:

Beautiful wood from Victoria with Bubinga stringer. Joints are half-blind dovetails again.

 

Douglas Fir:

The rear panel is removed in the third picture to reveal the internal wiring!
